Women's Fitness - Functional Strength and Cardio for women.
Women's Fitness class now has two levels. Both facilitated by an Exercise Physiologist who can modify the program to the individual needs of each participant.
Level 1: Low impact and focuses on improving cardiovascular fitness, increasing muscular strength, balance and coordination and weight loss. Programs can be modified to the individual needs of each participant. Suitable for Type 2 Diabetics, Cardiac Rehab, Pulmonary Rehab/Lungs in Action & Cancer Recovery.
Level 2: A step up from our Women’s Fitness L1 class. This class focuses on an increased intensity of both cardio and weights. More complex lifting patterns, dynamic moves and core exercises are introduced in this class.
