Men's Fitness - Functional Strength and Cardio for Men.

Men's Health is something we actively promote at Yamba and Maclean Physiotherapy.  Our men's classes provide a forum for working out with mates, talking about a lot or very little, varied and fun exercises with the bonus of helping your health.  Whether it be weight loss, diabetes management, heart health or just plain wanting exercise to be fun, you are looking for this class.  This class is run by our qualified exercise physiologists who will always have a new challenge for you.

Our Men's Fitness classes are one hour sessions focusing purely on men's health.

Far from just weightlifting or treadmill work, within these sessions you will learn about true functional strength and conditioning as well as complete cardiovascular training to ensure you are performing at your best.
