Ab's butts & thighs

Incorporating good old body weight, high rep exercises that will make your muscles burn. The class will focus on improving: core & leg strength, balance, posture and stability. Some weeks equipment will be used including bands, dumbbells, kettlebells and of course our own bodies! Stay Strong.
