Our new Strength and Movement class is an all round training system designed to test you physically and mentally. Taking a non traditional approach to strength training, an accredited Exercise Physiologist will put you through a range of functional movement, bodyweight, free weight and mobility exercises. Aimed at progressing functional strength, coordination and flexibility. Working at each individual's own pace, but encouraging them to challenge their abilities.
