Our superstar physio's Frankie & Jayde have teamed up with Carissa, Tim & Jacob, and doing the Starlight Superswim for sick kids!
Swimming 25km each in the month of Feb.
They're already exceeded their financial goal, and have another 6 days of swimming ahead!

The challenge is to grow our best Mo's &/or do 60km of varied movement over the month... Because shockingly, around the world we lose 60 men to suicide every hour of every day. These are our fathers, brothers, sons and friends. The men who should still be here today.
We're on mission to help men live happier, healthier, longer lives.

Yamba and Maclean Physiotherapy and Sports Injuries Clinics have expanded, with the inclusion of a new studio space. A space designed for exercise without the hustle and bustle of a gym.
You will find the light spacious studio at Shop 2/32 Coldstream St, just around the corner from their Clinic on River Street, Yamba.
The Exercise Joint is a designated exercise space for Yamba Physio’s expanding group classes, which includes a wide variety of sessions that cater for all levels of physical ability. The classes are designed to cater for those who want to exercise with like minded and like ability people, with friendly instructors who make exercising not only safe and appropriate but fun.

The Exercise Joint is also a perfect space for 1 on 1 customised sessions with their team of Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEP's) .
AEP’s are qualified health professionals equipped with the knowledge, skill and capability to design, deliver and evaluate safe and effective exercise interventions. This can be particularly beneficial to people with acute, sub-acute or chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities. Or those simply wanting wanting to increase fitness/ strength or work towards a personal goal.
